This delicious avocado hummus us super simple to make and time conscious. It is the perfect combination of guac and classic hummus. Serve it up with chopped vegetables, tortilla chips or pita!
- 2 cups
- 2 peeled avocados
- 1/3 cups
- 1/4 cups of
- 3 tbsp.
- 1/4 tsp.
salt to taste
- 1 tbsp.
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Red pepper flakes and olive oil for garnish
Combine the canned chickpeas, lime juice, tahini, and peeled avocado into a food processor or blender.
Add your garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt.
Blend until smooth and serve!
Add olive oil, pepper, red pepper flakes and chopped cilantro as a garnish.
