Avocado Toast

Enjoy an Avocado Toast for breakfast with the Avocados in your MuckBox!


Ingredients

1 avocado


2 eggs


2 pieces of your favorite bread 


A sprinkle of Salt


A sprinkle of Pepper


Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Lemon Juice


Directions

Combine Avocado, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper in a bowl. Mash with a fork.


Cook 2 Eggs and sprinkle some pepper and salt. 


Toast the Bread and put the mashed Avocado.

Put some slices of Avocadoes over the top and the Egg.


Sprinkle some Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.
