This Mixed Herb Pesto is a great way to use up the fresh herbs in your fridge! This pesto is a great base for a quick weeknight meal.
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of grated parmesan
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 cup of herbs (chives (or green onions), basil, parsley, and cilantro)
1 pinch of sea salt and black pepper
1. Add the garlic, pine nuts, herbs, sea salt, and pepper to a small food processor and pulse for a couple of seconds.
2. Add in the parmesan to the food processor.
3. Keeping the food processor running, slowly stream in the olive oil until everything is combined and the texture is smooth.
