Tropical Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl

Take a bite and transport yourself to a tropical getaway with this summary smoothie bowl! Featuring mangoes, cantaloupe, and bananas, this smoothie bowl is packed with refreshing flavors perfect for the sun.


Ingredients


Ingredients:




  • 1 cup Mango (frozen, diced)

  • 1/2 cup Cantaloupe (frozen, diced)

  • 1 medium Banana (frozen, diced)

  • 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice



Toppings (optional):



  • 1 medium Banana (sliced)

  • 1 medium Apricot (sliced)

  • 4 tablespoons Unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 tablespoons Bee pollen (optional)




Directions





  1. Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add in a bit of warm water to thin it out if needed.






  2. Divide between two bowls and top with toppings.
