Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mango (frozen, diced)
- 1/2 cup Cantaloupe (frozen, diced)
- 1 medium Banana (frozen, diced)
- 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
Toppings (optional):
- 1 medium Banana (sliced)
- 1 medium Apricot (sliced)
- 4 tablespoons Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons Bee pollen (optional)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add in a bit of warm water to thin it out if needed.
Divide between two bowls and top with toppings.
