Get your kids into the kitchen for this delicious dessert! Assembled in less than 10 minutes, these ice pops are refreshing and filled with fruity flavor. Simply sweetened with honey, you can feel good about offering these tasty treats this summer.
Ingredients
1/2 of a ripe honeydew melon
1/4 cup of cold heavy cream
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions
1. Pour the cream into a pot and add in the honey. Boil and stir on low-medium to low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir well to dissolve the honey, but not to burn the cream. Turn off the heat, set it aside, and allow it to cool down for about 5 minutes.
2. Cut the cleaned honeydew melon into small chunks and put them into a food processor or blender. Blend until it turns into a puree.
3. Combine the cooled cream mixture and the pureed melon into a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Pour the honeydew cream mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
