Hibiscus Ginger Tea

Many of us need to give booze and some other excessive habits a “thyme-out” so we developed this deliciously boochy, non-alcoholic, Hibiscus Ginger limeade to keep you away from cocktails this month if you’re observing dry January.


  • 1/2 Tbs agave (or organic sugar)

  • 1/2 Tbs Lime juice

  • Lime wedge or wheel for garnish

  • 4 oz Seek Harmony Kombucha (Hibiscus/Ginger)

  • Optional bitters splash if you’d like


  1. Combine lime juice and agave (or sugar) in mixing glass and stir, stir in kombucha

  2. Fill glass with ice (we love crushed ice if you have it) and pour kombucha cocktail into glass

  3. Garnish with lime wheel and fresh thyme (we like to give the rim a rub with a few thyme leaves for an added flavor around the rim.

  4. Tiny splash of bitters on top if you like bitters

  5. Serve and Enjoy!
