This recipe is a quick 30 minutes and fun to make!
Start out by rinsing the calamari tubes and bodies and then drying them with a paper towel.
Then coat them in an olive oil mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
To finish, cook them on the grill for 5-10 minutes occasionally flipping to each siding and rotating them around the grill.
To plate, serve the calamari on top of a garlic infused bed of cauliflower rice topped with sriracha sauce.
