  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.





  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.




  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

I followed recipe. Seasoned with garlic salt and olive oil. Hopeful. Never have been a kale consumer. Rating: 2 It was young kale so maybe too delicate for process. Crumbles with handling. Don't imagine eating potato chips. Very different. Acquired taste needed. You have to be a "greens" person. Grows on you...so to speak. Interesting experiment. Not likely to do it again. Any suggestions for using a baking sheet full of seasoned kale crumbs? I would thing there could be. Add to scrambled eggs, Quiche...mac and cheese. I don' thing they hack it on their own...but I bet there are great ways to use these kale chips...as additions to other recipes.
