Description
Did you know fettuccine is Italian for “little ribbons?” An elegant name for an elegant pasta! Fettuccine garlic and pepper tastes great with rich and simple creamy sauces, and/or paired with delicate seafood. On top of that, Bozza’s Fettuccine is garnished with garlic and black pepper to add to the flavor. The other ingredients are simple: semolina, durum flour, eggs, and water.
To prep, place the pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water. Wait 15 seconds and stir gently. Boil 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally, then drain, and voila! Serve with your favorite sauce.
