Honey mangos are golden yellow and generally weigh between 6 and 10 ounces. They have a somewhat delicate shape, gold-blushed yellow skin, and a sweet, fiberless flavor. Fun fact! Did you know that the honey mango used to be more widely known as the Ataulfo mango?
