With the sweet-tart taste of the Cortland apple, you truly get the best of both worlds! Plus, it's relatively soft, meaning it's great for serving on fruit platters. Cut them up and put them in a pie or slice and dice them and serve alongside peanut butter or caramel sauce. There's really no wrong answer with apples this good!
