Description
This Roman staple from Bozza Pasta pairs perfectly with a creamy alfredo or your favorite pasta sauce. These "little ribbons" are flat and thick and made from the Bozza family's incredible pasta recipe. They're delicious as a side to your favorite entree, or even as the main dish!
To prep, place the pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water. Wait 15 seconds and stir gently. Boil 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally, then drain, and voila! Serve with your favorite sauce.
