Did you know Fettuccini is Italian for “Little Ribbons?” An elegant name for an elegant pasta! It goes great with rich and simple creamy sauces, and/or paired with delicate seafood. On top of that, Bozza’s Fettuccini is garnished with Garlic and Black Pepper to add to the flavor. The other ingredients are simple: Semolina, Durum Flour, Eggs and Water.
To prep, place the pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water. Wait 15 seconds and stir gently. Boil 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally, then drain, and voila! Serve with your favorite sauce.
