Blueberry Preserves - Local

Blueberries are picked at the peak of ripeness and cooked with pure cane sugar to create deliciously sweet Blueberry Preserves. Hunter & Hilsberg make their preserves in small batches to ensure the taste and texture are just right. By cooking small batches, they create preserves that can be eaten straight out of the jar, or heated and poured over ice cream, waffles, and pancakes.

For easy homemade baked goods, add the preserves to the batter of your favorite recipe just prior to baking. Think fresh homemade blueberry muffins or scones, blueberry cake, or blueberry biscuits!

When the season and annual harvest allows, these Blueberry Preserves are made with organic blueberries grown locally in New York State.
