Description
Kohlrabi is a cruciferous vegetable that’s closely related to cabbage. Its leaves, stems, and bulbs can be eaten raw or cooked. Fun fact: The name Kohlrabi is a combination of the German word "kohl" (cabbage) and "rabi" (turnip). These veggies go really well in soups, salads, and stirfries!
To store, remove the leaves and wrap them in a damp paper towel. Place them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. For the bulbs, store them in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator.
