6 cups torn green leaf or romaine lettuce
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1) Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar; whisk or shake until well mixed.
2) Combine strawberries, blueberries, and greens. Add dressing immediately before serving and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
