This is a blend of coffees from seven dedicated suppliers on the western edge of the department of Jalapa, in eastern Guatemala. Six are from the municipality of Mataquescuintla and one is from San Pedro Pinula.
Coffees were grown between 1,500 and 1,750 meters ASL, washed, fermented between 18 and 24 hours, and dried on cement patios.
