Description
Farmer Ground corn products are never de-germinated-the natural oils, nutrients and rich flavor of the grain are retained. (Most corn products are de-germinated for longer shelf life.) Their cornmeal is an old-fashioned style, containing a mixture of floury and gritty textures. The finer texture allows for cornbread to be made without wheat flour if desired.
