Hunter & Hilsberg uses about a 1/2 lb. of cherries to make one jar of Tart Cherry Preserves! That's why it tastes homemade. Enjoy on toast, croissants, and rolls; add to muffin, scone, or pancake batter; heat and use in pastries, such as pies or cobbler. Prior to baking, place a dollop on sugar cookies or chocolate cookies, brownies, or use as the filling in chocolate truffles!
Tart Cherry Preserves are usually made using locally grown tart cherries.
