The idea for Amy’s Kitchen was born, along with our daughter Amy, on Nov. 18, 1987. Suddenly there was little time to prepare quality homemade meals. Amy’s Kitchen was created for people like us, looking for a hearty, home-cooked, tasty meal made with only the finest ingredients but with the convenience of a frozen dinner.
We started with a traditional favorite, pot pie. It will remind you of the pot pies you grew up with. Our Vegetable Pot Pie is made with organic vegetables and tofu that are simmered in a creamy sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender, flaky crust made with organic whole wheat flour. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
