Cilantro is a fragrant, antioxidant-rich herb that has many culinary uses and health benefits. It's high in vitamins A, C, and K and can also help lower cholesterol. What we really love about cilantro, though, is its versatility. Add it to sauces, sprinkle it over chicken or fish, or throw it into your favorite sauces. As one of the most widely-eaten herbs on the planet, you can't go wrong with adding a sprinkle of cilantro to your recipes!
Store by patting the leaves dry with a paper towel, then wrap them in a fresh paper towel. Place in a plastic bag and tightly seal it, then put in the refrigerator.
