Made with spinach, this green, flat pasta is the perfect vehicle for a creamy pasta sauce. The long linguine traps the sauce and brings out all the flavor. Translating to "little tongues" in Italian, this linguini serves best with fresh garlic, basil, crushed red pepper, and the grated cheese of your choice. Straight from the Bozza family recipe, linguine will satisfy all of your pasta needs.
To prep, place the pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water. Wait 15 seconds and stir gently. Boil 6-8 minutes stirring occasionally, then drain, and voila! Serve with your favorite sauce.
